— I am hoping to have 1st looks at the new system out before the end of the month and to give a few people access to check it out on the testing backend. I am at the point in the project where I can’t wait for it to be done, haha.
Luckily, I’m not stuck in the “it’s not perfect yet so I can’t release it” mindset. That mindset has absolutely destroyed my progress in the past, and it’s funny because I don’t do that in my work as a coach or in my hobby as an artist. I assume it comes from self-doubt or that demon called imposter syndrome.

This show outlines techniques for improving dialogue, such as using telescoping follow-up questions to shift discussions from gut reactions to reasoned thinking, revealing false but sincerely held beliefs. It advocates rewarding learning over being right by gamifying curiosity and points for exploring credible explanations. A recent pedagogy conference with 20 practitioners generated momentum for an initiative, showing the movement’s progress. Lastly, the "Point Taken" concept emphasizes that accurately restating others' viewpoints can clarify disagreements.
