— I was listening to a podcast the other day on a topic that I’m still a beginner in, “marketing,” and it referenced the use of things like polls to ask your audience questions, or to open yourself up for your audience to ask you questions. I’ve done this in non-serious ways before via social media stories, but never in an official way or as part of a campaign or anything. SO, here is a question that I would consider pretty serious.

— With how season 3 has gone in collecting interviews, it might be time to end the season early and start to work on some of my other shows to add to FITLETE Radio that can help alleviate downtime between Coach Spotlights episodes. Maybe starting as season 4 I will space them out a little more rather than a condensed series.

Personal Update
— Happy Labor Day to everyone in the US. My wife and I took a southern Italian pasta-making class this past weekend, and I was (still am) surprised by how simple it is to make semolina flour pasta in all different shapes. Maybe it was just me being naive to the entire process going into the class, but it was fun to be surprised as a novice and work towards making rudimentary improvements from zero experience to what I will now call an over-confident beginner lol.
