— I Fixed some broken Business development links on the site, and have been working on a lot of background stuff for the website, as well as starting to film some videos for the site. April will bring another big listings update to the Nexus’s branches as well.
—I have been using a completely offline web builder and editor for my entire site development and maintenance, but I think it’s becoming more of a hassle than a benefit. The benefits of being offline before were huge when I was travelling more during the day and needed that flexibility, but now, without that need, I am noticing that some aspects of web development take more time to implement and maintain than the benefits. I will be looking for a more time-efficient alternative in the near future, specifically for The Nexus. The static part of the site will remain the same.

Personal Update
— It was a pretty solid week last week; I secured a few new leads and converted some into online clients. I have been putting more effort and focus into building my online training options, and it’s great to add pressure to these efforts to streamline and refine the onboarding process. All the leads still came from referrals. While I appreciate targeted advertising, I believe referral leads are the highest-quality.
