— 🌶️Stephanie’s biggest message is that there is no one-size-fits-all method. She emphasizes meeting people where they are, building plans around their goals and lifestyle, and helping them stay consistent long enough to actually see progress. That perspective came through clearly when she talked about how the best program is not always the most aggressive one, but the one a client can truly follow.

Personal Update
— I saw the Odyssey this weekend in MIAX. Great movie; loved the adaptation of the story and the visuals. This movie, even with all the talent, effort, attention to detail, and deep thought going into it, still had “haters”. I don’t say this because I think my opinion of movies is better or correct; I am by no means a cinephile or filmmaking enthusiast. I say it as a reminder to myself and to you: you'll never make EVERYONE happy, and that’s normal. If the writers and filmmakers chose to try and make everyone happy versus making the movie they wanted to make, it probably would have sucked…and people still would have hated it.
