Dec 22 | THE Monday Report
How you start shapes everything that follows. The beginning is the most important part of the work, setting the foundation for success and progress.
The FITLETE Resource Nexus

— 🌶️A slow week in making progress with updates within the Nexus, but the most recent updates have been working flawlessly without encountering any errors, which is nice. If you have worked with technology before, then you know that sometimes things break without warning.
🌶️ That did happen to one of my content automations, and that was what I spent the majority of last week fixing. The automation sparked the launch of a separate Substack feed(if you have the Substack app, you might have seen some of these late last week). I like Substack’s platform because it lets me (a solo businessman) manage a lot of my online presence in one place. I can now create or schedule a post (long video, short video, or one or many images) and automatically create a YouTube video or short, then an Instagram post, carousel, or reel. A great time-saver for me: doing all my content planning, production, scheduling, and posting from my laptop, not my phone. Oh, yeah, and it’s essentially free, except for the cloud storage cost I already had.

Personal Update
— It’s the holiday season, and December has really flown by for me this year. It’s not too different from previous years, but I have been much busier with my personal training business in Miami and with online training clients, so I will assume that is the reason. I would say it flew by in a good way.
I will see you one more time before 2026, but I hope you had/have a great holiday and spend valuable time with people you care about, and drop people who unjustly steal your energy.
