The Monday Report
Feb. 5, 2024| The Real Coaches Summit and the Raise the Bar Conference are in a few weeks and I have a lot of projects to finish before I go! I like this Pressure.

Personal Update
I thought January was BUSY, but these next two months will blow January away! I can’t wait for The Real Coaches Summit in Las Vegas, Nevada, on March 11th. I will be there as an attendee and as an exhibitor. Even before The Real Coaches Summit starts, I have my annual attendance at the Raise The Bar Conference in Dallas, Texas, where I will be able to see some of the friends I have made there over the last two years. It’s extra exciting because I feel like I have some cool news and stories to share with them in person about having my own headquarters for FITLETE.
Cool podcasts I heard last week.
Stronger By Science Podcast: Long Muscle Length Training with Dr. Milo Wolf
A16z Podcast: Jobs of the future
Unbiased Science Podcast: Science For Sale: When Huberman Becomes HuberSCAM.
Here’s a link to download Snipd, the podcast app I use to make a “notebook” of A.I. transcripts, bookmarks on episodes, and take notes on each podcast I hear! They have a free app you can use or, with this link, you get 1 month of their Premium version for free: https://link.snipd.com/pAbF/j6r75j8c
Professional Update
I am making some pretty significant changes to the website over the next couple of months. This is necessary to add more value when accessing the information you are inquiring about, adding some new features to both the public side usability and the business side data I collect (analyzing the information I collect better), and finally, adding some new projects that are aligned with my mission.
The new Site Layout is BELOW!
If you navigate to the site right now, it will look a little different, and I don’t want you to be lost once I restore its full functionality.
The entire site has been updated to make the user experience on mobile more friendly. While it was still easy to use on mobile before, it also got too cluttered and messy without being able to showcase the most valuable information.
The simplest but biggest functionality change is the universal sidebar menu.
This menu is cleaner and will remain a consistent navigation point around the site no matter where you look. No need to backtrack your way out of a search or always go to the home page to find the global menu again.
Looking closely, you can also see the new projects I mentioned on the menu!
Industry Jobs! Internship opportunities! And Exercise Equipment! These projects are still in their “buildout” stages, but I am excited to announce their inception. I will be talking more about them in the future, but to put it, they are a continuation of what I feel is missing specifically for us personal trainer entrepreneurs working within this field of rapid innovation.
