Relying on an enemy for help is risky. Even if it seems tempting, it’s safer to advance slowly on your own than to trust those who may betray you.
FITLETE Professional Update
The Resource Nexus
—🌶️🌶️ Just doing some last prep before the first week of October update, releasing the backend and some client-side stuff. I am also going to be adding an “additional cool tools” section to the newsletter that highlights some useful non-industry-specific resources that just don’t fit squarely within the Nexus. While I'm not the most prolific writer, I will be taking some steps to add more of my thoughts when I feel something needs to be said out loud. This new article is the first one. I wrote a short Article about the importance of having some science literacy and cool images showing the chemical composition of Beef, Poultry(chicken and turkey), and Pork.
Personal Trainers, Science Literacy & Chemophobia
Personal trainers need strong science literacy to avoid falling into chemophobia, spreading misinformation, and to better guide their clients through misleading health trends and media noise.
As always, there will only be a Monday Report in your inbox, and these other publications will publish without an email push.

Personal Update
— Such a busy couple of weeks moving apartments, and now going on vacation tomorrow. I’m glad my systems survived this stress test and nothing came bubbling up to the surface. I’ve written about this before, but I am still largely off using Instagram for anything other than work-related stuff, and it still feels nice not having it on my phone anymore. I conducted a small experiment and essentially disabled all engagement options on posts and reels to assess whether it had a significant negative impact on the account. So far, it has not changed anything, and last month showed a slight increase in exposure. Maybe there is something to this “post-N’ ghost” method, and then allow direct messaging. Maybe I do something crazy like only check it once a week next 😂 who knows, the limit does not exist.
