I avoid those who change their mind with every breath. Consistency and honesty matter more than shifting moods or unreliable words.

FITLETE Nation
— 🌶️🌶️🌶️First Looks.
🌶️The OG Collection - The original logo wordmark, outlined in white. Light grey is the base color with the original colorway.
The FITLETE OG logo is a bold emblem engineered to capture the spirit of athletic excellence, unity, and evolution. At its heart lies the three rings, nested yet inseparable, each amplifying both the purpose and power of the whole.
The OG FITLETE Logo features three regular decagons, each with 10 sides. The three concentric rings symbolize a progression: starting from personal mastery (the solid decagon at the center), moving outward through community and collaboration (the middle ring of interconnected shapes), and finally the outer ring that unites and safeguards the ability of the inner elements to flourish.
Wearing the OG FITLETE logo is a statement. It’s choosing to represent every aspect of growth, from the individual core to the collective edge, pushing always toward the next level.
🌶️Egyptian Revival Collection- An Egyptian-inspired scarab beetle with some added Art Deco symmetry. Deep Navy base color & gold color design elements
A powerful fusion of the scarab beetle, a timeless Egyptian symbol of transformation, renewal, and protection, with the crisp symmetry and bold geometry of Art Deco design, embodies both ancient strength and modern sophistication.
The scarab’s outstretched wings evoke vitality and forward momentum, while the gold geometric accents and navy field channel the optimism and dynamism of the Egyptian Revival movement, a style celebrated for its grandeur and clarity.
This combination mirrors the journey: honoring tradition and resilience, yet relentlessly striving for progress and excellence. These qualities define the FITLETE mission and inspire coaches to shape their own legacy.

Personal Update
— It’s going to feel like a hectic week because we are moving. We have everything we need in place, but it will probably still feel a bit unsettled as we pack up our place and prepare to load and unload the truck at the end of the week. This is a good reminder to rely on the systems I have in place to hold myself accountable for the tasks I need to complete when my thoughts might lead to distraction and unnecessary overthinking.
