—🌶️🌶️Meet Russell, The Orange Chicken Gym Man!
A Funny story with Russell, I sent him a text message one day, soon in I realized he didn’t know who belonged to my number, and instead of right away saying “hey, it’s George,” I randomly sent him one or two obscure facts about chickens every week for about 10 weeks. He would laugh and then ask who it was and I would’nt respond until I sent the next chicken fact.

Personal Update
— Finally feel like I’m back in my groove with things after coming back from travelling. This morning I had to have a conversation that I seldom have with a client. Usually I am trying to get people to do MORE work with their training, but this morning I had to have the talk with a client about the other end of the spectrum, respecting your rest times and days. It’s a far rarer conversation in my career. It still needs to be approached with compassion and empathy because there is usually an underlying reason for the decision to keep going, much like someone stuck at the starting line.
