Nov. 25th | The Monday Report
Those in power can manipulate situations to justify their control. It makes me think about the importance of questioning authority & recognizing when leaders need to be checked rather than followed.
FITLETE’s Professional Update
Trainer Spotlight Podcast:
I told you last week I would get it done! Did it come down to the wire? Yes, yes, it did.
Other than today, I am considering adding these podcast releases to the weekly schedule and publishing them on Fridays.
Website: You have spoken without speaking!
I try to develop features that I like, but sometimes, I miss the mark and include things that maybe only I will/ would like. This happens, and it is honestly part of the process of making something truly extraordinary. I will remove course and event reviews from the logged-in profile options for coaches on a free account. There wasn’t enough activity to warrant keeping it around as a feature to include in future updates or development. While it’s a little sad for me initially, it allows me to focus more on the site's other, more used and popular areas.
However, I will keep the live event and course reviews feature alive. While I like leaving reviews on everything( I’m a level 7 Google Local Guide 🤣), I understand that taking the time to do it on your own is not as natural as it is for me. This feature will be reimagined exclusively for the business account side. I was tooling with it for 2025 to add alongside the user reviews anyway.
The next site update will roll out in December.
Instagram
I have figured out a good way to randomly select the days for the video series. If you remember, I want to showcase the ability of live event maps to find events on any day and location. Well, I found a simple way to randomize a day that exists already in the data, so I will be able to get those going.

George’s Personal Update
I'm trying to branch out more and was able to connect with Canvas Rebel! a quick read but it was a fun interview. One of my favorite stories working with a client is in there. https://canvasrebel.com/meet-george-pagan-iii/
It’s the last week of November, and while I love the holiday season, this is my time to reflect on the year and set myself up for the 2025 I want to have. This is not just a work organization thing; it’s a life thing. I love the grind of working for myself, but I need to double down on how I don’t want to make work who I am as a person. Maybe I’ll bust out the journal some more.
One thing I am excited about is work-related, lol, but now that I have the hang of getting episodes together for the podcast, I can start to execute the other show. I want to try using the same asynchronous model to establish a hyper-local podcast show in Miami and meet more of my local entrepreneur and business neighbors who are around my facility.
With that being said, I will destroy some turkey and canned cranberry sauce (yes, the canned one) this Thanksgiving.
