The form to submit a career opportunity like a gym job, online coach, internship, or mentorship, allows for this, but you can also share information for your official job posting that you may have created on a formal job board, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or Ziprecruiter.
I see too many people sharing or creating a social media post or story that says, “we’re hiring DM us to apply.”

I listen to a bunch of different shows and rarely post a list that’s entirely from one show. Still, this five-episode series by Hidden Brain was just a “homerun,” especially for people like me who are self-employed and impose a lot of pressure on ourselves. Listen to one first, and then five last.

Personal Update
— I joined a graphic novel book club. A friend of mine reached out not too long ago and said, “I have an idea.” With my group of friends, when someone starts a conversation that way, it rarely ends up being a responsible idea, lol. However, this one was a great Idea. I once thought(as a kid) that I could “speed read,” but I, in fact, need to read really slowly in order to comprehend what I am reading. This would make joining a regular book club more challenging and stressful for me. A graphic novel book club, though, is something I can 100% get into because, well, there aren’t too many words, I have an appreciation for the illustrations and art, and it’s a low-stakes reading group of friends and 2nd-level friends all with busy lives themselves. While I still enjoy reading things to learn and help work on myself, this graphic novel book club is going to bring some solid joy to my weeks. The first one we are doing is “The Last Ronin.”
