FITLETE Professional Update
The Resource Nexus
— A big aesthetics update to the website is now complete. It's a step in the same direction I have been heading in, updating everything. This step is about “Dark Mode.” The Nexus is now fully capable of being used in both light and dark modes without altering the user experience. I never even considered the use in Dark Mode before, so nothing was set up for it, which was an oversight on my part.

— The first episode of the Coaches Spotlight Series begins on Friday with a great coach I'm excited to launch the season with. Episodes will be published primarily on Friday evenings through the end of the year!
As always, these episodes will be published here, but not sent out as newsletter emails because I want you to be able to listen to these shows on the podcast platform you prefer most. As you can see above, I have linked the most popular places where people listened last season.
If you missed it in your podcast player, don’t fret, each “Monday Report” will feature the most recently published episode(s) from the previous week.
Fantastic podcasts I heard last week:

Join Jamie Selzler, who lost over 340 pounds through mindset, walking, and GLP-1 medication. He shares his journey with obesity, emotional challenges, and mindset shifts for lasting change. Personal Update
— Finally, I got around to updating my personal training website to fit my branding and update my services. I think it looks excellent and separates itself from the Nexus enough that people won’t get confused where they are. See it here if you want to check it out.
I also updated my Google Business page to reflect these website updates further and added some SEO-heavy descriptions to my services on there to see if it improves discoverability.
