JUL 06 | THE MONDAY REPORT
THE MONDAY REPORT. HITS YOUR INBOX EVERY MONDAY EVENING. I BUILD, AND UPDATE FITLETE NEXUS IN THE OPEN SHOWING YOU BOTH THE STRUGGLES OF DEVELOPING AND THE SUCCESS OF FINISHING PROJECTS
The FITLETE Resource Nexus
A free, organized hub for entrepreneurial personal trainers and coaches, uniting live events, online courses, mentorships, jobs, and resources on a single platform. Find what you need quickly to grow your career.
Discover: In-Person & Virtual Events | Online Courses | Career Opportunity | Biz Growth | Equipment | Software
— 🌶️ Even with all the backend updates and refinements this year, the Live event map calendar filter remains the best resource for finding in-person continuing education, whether local to you or in 128 other countries, at any time of the year.
Following people, watching short-form videos, reading carousel posts, and saving posts to a “saved folder” in your app are only pieces of the learning discovery puzzle. Because of the structure and design of the new social algorithms, you will not see posts in chronological order and are likely to miss new post alerts. Trust me, I miss these alert posts, and it’s my job to stay informed about these events, lol. And that “saved post” section is likely to get jumbled with random videos you like, rather than becoming a helpful educational discovery tool.
The Events Branch allows you to explore what you already know and who you already know, while also finding people and new companies that fit your needs but you didn't know existed.

Personal Update
— Almost shooting pure “bogey golf” now, which feels incredible. I think this feeling is massive in my own skill-building process across different domains and hobbies. There’s a point when you move from making big mistakes consistently to making small mistakes consistently, and it feels like massive progress. You’re not making perfect hits, but you're making “playable mistakes.” It’s funny because I talk about this with clients almost every day, too. You can make small, insignificant squat “mistakes” every rep, and that is very workable progress you can take pride in.
