Feb 17 | The Monday Report
It's unrealistic to excel in every area of life, and finding satisfaction in what I have is essential for well-being. Appreciate unique strengths rather than striving for unattainable perfection.
FITLETE Professional Update
The Resource Nexus
— Newsletter: I was excited about this week’s episodes because I knew at the end of the week, I would publish the 10th episode. I was so excited I forgot to unclick the “send as email when published” box when scheduling the podcast episodes. I want to reassure you that I will not do this moving forward and will only make deliberate update posts, like this “Monday Report”. I don’t have plans at the moment to add other days of the week updates. I just don’t like when my inbox is spammed with emails so I want to make sure I keep that standard and don’t become something I don’t like.
— Events: I finally learned a new and more efficient way to grab events, which was huge because the previous services I had built the entire system on had stopped operations at the end of last year. It threw me off for a while.

Personal Update
— I was walking around Biscayne Boulevard listening to podcasts and enjoying the nice weather when someone approached me asking about my t-shirt. It was a Raise The Bar T-shirt from the second year. I had forgotten what it said on the back at the time. It says : Improvement, Impact, Income
He said it was a great reminder for him during some challenging times at work and with his future goals. He asked me what it meant personally to me, and I didn’t even have to think about it. Those words and the experience gained from attending the event remind me to “define your mission.” The mission is the goal and guides your efforts.
