You know what's cool? Just being yourself and not trying to "act cool". Far sooner than I accepted that on a personal level, I figured that out as a coach pretty early in my career. Who I was, how I solved problems, and how I thought about potential solutions IS what made me a coach people wanted to work with. Trying to act a certain way or be like someone else would never work.
