— 🌶️Not a project status update like you are accustomed to seeing here, but I believe there is a quick and easy lesson to be learned from some analytics on the newsletter.
A lot of times, writing this newsletter and developing the Nexus seems like I’m writing into a void, or that progress in growth or reach has stalled. Sometimes it has, but as coaches and trainers, we often tell our clients to look beyond the short term, focus on the future goals, and remember where they came from.
Sometimes all you need to do is Zoom out to get a reminder of your progress.

Personal Update
— During this holiday season, I won’t set new goals or engage in deep reflection about the past year. Instead, I'll take time to reminisce about meaningful moments, breathe deeply, and recognize that, although I wasn't perfect, I made an effort and achieved a new level of excellence.
