Something I learned late in life, and try to instill in the clients I work with, is to accept help from those who agree to be part of your support system. You don’t have to do it all by yourself, especially if/when someone in your family or friend circle offers their support. Having a coach can be a game changer for some, but when you spend most of your time outside of your workouts, it’s helpful to have someone who knows your goals, ambitions, and struggles and can be a reliable presence in your life.
