Personal Update
— SO many changes this past week, a lot of them from the personal training side of the business. The typical changes that can happen any week or at any point in the year, but a lot of them happened all at once last week lol. Lost 2 in-person clients due to some life happenings, gained 1 online client, then two clients changed their schedules, and had a warm lead schedule a consult for Friday, and then rescheduled last minute for later in the month. Luckily, I have experienced these changes before and know how to deal with them much more easily now. I used to quietly stress about it… not healthy coping skills, lol.
I finally finished the Superman Graphic Novel I was reading, and I journaled 3 times last week. Creeping these goals along. Practice Practice practice.
