— 🌶️ And just like that, season 2 is “in the books!” I thought this season was incredible, and I’ll say it again, just like I did after season 1. I’m so excited that the concept I thought about and flopped on in 2016 has finally taken shape and taken off.
Thank you to all the coaches who took time out of their busy schedules and away from their clients to share their work, thoughts, and insights on being a high-quality coach.

I will not email you for each one I complete. they are not on a schedule and will happen when best fits in my schedule.
They have a free app you can use, or, with this link, you get 1 month of their Premium version for free: 1 Free Month Of Premium Snipd.
*I use SnipD to enhance my learning when listening to podcasts, and have a premium account. If you sign up for a premium, I will not receive anything in compensation.
Personal Update
— 🌶️Relating to what some clients struggle with can be hard sometimes. It’s not because I’m some shining example of perfection; it’s because I genuinely love this fitness thing, while many of them don’t. They often loathe it more than love it.
I struggle too, just not with all the same things they do. That’s why I’m grateful for projects like this newsletter, starting a podcast, learning to code, making art, and “playing” golf. Those give me a chance to remind clients that while I might enjoy Bulgarian split squats, I also run into my own frustrations. Coding, creating, or learning new skills all challenge me the same way fitness challenges them.
It’s a good reminder that we all have our own version of the hard stuff, and that’s what makes progress meaningful.
